Kids these days are used to a lot more screen time (mine included). Screen based learning activities often have instant gratification of sparkles and clapping sounds when you tap a right answer. I call this PASSIVE learning.
Classroom learning is different! There is no multiple choice. Kids must be problem solvers and be able to express their learning vocally or through writing/drawing as opposed to tapping a screen.

I’ve had my eye on for a long time now, knowing my kids would think it is the coolest water play toy, and turns out, I know my kids.
Glopals light up in the water! We explored giving Lumi (the purple glopal) a bath, seeing the reflected faces the cubes made in the water, and not pictured was a very exciting purple bathtime.
Glopals were kindly gifted. 10/10 great toy and gift!
