Everyone is an extraordinary soul. Many have extraordinary moments and few live extraordinary lives. Jeff and Laura Sanderfer are daily walking examples and are my heroes. At the Acton academy owner’s conference this past weekend, I experienced the profundity and the another validation of the Acton Academy as the school system of the future. One reason is because the founders live with humility, absolute service, genuine care and desire to share with others, and trust in those who pick up the mantle of why we do this. When I approached Laura at the end of the event, she said with complete grace “I am so moved by what you are doing.” And mind you Acton Academy Torahverse has not fully launched yet. The spirit of Acton Acdemy runs consistently from top leadership, to the owners, and of course to the young learners who are changing the world the moment they walk through our doors. #

Torahverse Apprentice Educreator (full time, in-person) Work in-person with a growing team! Learn the role of Educreator-Guide with the goal of becoming a full time elementary or middle school Guide in the future. Audit, improve, and lead the school’s Core Skills program (Math, Reading, and Writing). Work with learners ages 8-12. The position begins immediately with a probationary period of 3-4 months of part-time, in-person training, followed by an 11-month full-time school program from July-June.

We run on 4-7 week Sessions with 1-2 week breaks in between Sessions.

Yearly base Salary Apprentice Educreator: $43,00 • $3,800/Month for 11 month program (approx $28/hour)

- Paid for overtime team meetings and planning (starting at $28/hour)
- Bonuses for customer survey satisfaction (conducted monthly)
- Additional part-time 3 training months - $2,000/month
- Compensation increases for retention and promotion to Lead Educreator position.
