Just finished my last day of a five day assignment! I worked with a team of 30+ medical professionals, meeting both 1:1 and in large groups. We worked on conflict resolution, empathy, adulting, de-escalation, and creating a drama-free workplace. I guided the managers on how to give meaningful feedback and how to take ownership of their position.
