True story: My agent dropped me in December… then this happened. My agent dropped me in December. Two months later I had 12 meetings with theatrical agents in LA. Here’s what actually made the difference.

When I suddenly lost my agent after 10 years, my managers told me I would probably need to spend some time agentless.

The industry was slow.
I didn’t have shiny new credits.
And it wasn’t exactly the best climate for actors looking for representation.

Honestly… they were probably right.

And yet, within two months I ended up meeting with 12 theatrical agents in Los Angeles and signing with my top choice boutique agency.
