Drew Dozier, Director of the Ednovate Virtual Academy, keeps a picture of his advisees on his desk as a constant reminder of what it means to be a leader at Ednovate.

“I led and watched [my advisees] grow throughout all 4 years of their high school career. Despite many ups and downs, they all graduated and earned college acceptance. Keeping this picture reminds me that success takes time and to remember the stories of our students and families.”
