Car seat safety tip from a registered nurse:
Always buckle your baby in — even if you’re just going down the street. Most accidents happen close to home, and proper restraints make all the difference.
Make sure you’re following your local car seat laws and stay up to date as guidelines change. Your baby’s safety is worth the extra minute. 💜

Lifting your baby too high during diaper changes can put extra strain on their tiny neck. Try gentle, mini lifts—just enough to slide the clean diaper underneath.
Small adjustments, big comfort. 💜

Are you feeding your baby on demand or waiting for a schedule to tell you what to do? 👀
The truth is, your baby will always tell you when they’re hungry — you just have to watch for the cues. Look for rooting, hand-sucking, lip-smacking, or those little “feed me” noises.
If you’re breastfeeding, most babies want to eat about every 2–3 hours.
If you’re bottle or formula feeding, it’s usually every 3–4 hours — but every baby is different.
Follow their cues, trust your instincts, and remember: responsive feeding helps your baby feel safe, full, and understood.
Tummy time is so important for your newborns development but it’s just as important to listen to your baby’s needs.
Watch out for those signs that they’ve had enough tummy time. Flailing, clenched fists, and crying can all be signs that tummy time might be over and that’s OK!
