Special Service for Groups, Inc., Proactive Empowerment Program, is honored to announce we’ve been awarded funding from the California Natural Resources Agency’s Youth Community Access Grant Program for our new project: Youth Belong LA

Youth Belong LA will launch in December 2025 and expand access to natural and cultural spaces across Los Angeles, fostering connection and wellness for underserved youth.

Huge thanks to Governor Newsom’s initiative for supporting equitable outdoor experiences that build resilience and connection.
