✨ Yesterday was a day to remember as our students had the incredible opportunity to meet Vice President Kamala Harris (Vice President Kamala Harris) at LAX! 🇺🇸

Selected amongst a few schools through the Crenshaw Family YMCA, our Student Government Association (SGA) seized this amazing chance. SGA President Angelo Lopez beautifully captures the experience: 'As a youth leader and president of my own school, it's definitely inspiring to see a leader of our nation remind us of our endless potential. Being able to speak and receive words of encouragement from someone who we all idolize is something that we'll not only never forget but carry into these next chapters of life knowing that we're just as capable to get wherever we want, and seize every opportunity in our path. We thank Vice President Kamala Harris for the words of wisdom, and everyone who recognizes our efforts in making our community a better place.' 🙌🎓
