MOD, in collaboration with Collab Dance Studio and SouthBay Pavilion, invites everyone of all ages out for a National Dance Day Celebration this Saturday, 9/16/23 beginning with the 1st class at 8am and closing out with professional dance choreographer and instructor, JOE JOE Grooves!
Put on your dance gear, grab your family and friends, and join us for fun, fitness, dance, networking, and supporting local vendors.

National Dance Day was created by Nigel Lythgoe along with the help of the Dizzy Feet Foundation in 2010 and has since been celebrated annually nationwide. The idea behind National Dance Day was to encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to get up and start dancing, regardless of their skill level. Dance has numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits, and the goal is to spread awareness about these advantages while bringing people together through the power of movement.

The day is marked by various events, performances, and dance-related activities. It's a fantastic opportunity for people to showcase their creativity, learn new dance styles, and simply have fun.

National Dance Day has gained tremendous popularity over the years, reaching people of all ages and backgrounds. It has become a platform for communities, schools, organizations, and dance enthusiasts to come together, express themselves, and share their love for dance.
