Welcome! It has been a while, but stay tuned for more information as "sin el agua no hay vida" begins its 2020 season!
Sin el agua no hay vida
Research Project
Thinking about my work in Ecuador and El Salvador as I prepare to present on this project for the 2017 California STEAM Symposium in San Francisco in December 2017. I am excited to share the amazing stories of our students' experiences in El Azucar, as well as the ways in which the integration of STEM and the Humanities/Social Sciences engages students in ways much deeper than their solely STEM track does. Thank you Dr. Leslie Brunell, PhD, PE, at Stevens Institute of Technology for being such a great engineering mentor and colleague!
Looking forward to re-introducing Sin el agua no hay vida in Spring 2018.
Stay tuned, short documentary film is now in editing mode and should be available for posting shortly. We will be looking to find funding to support larger project soon on Kickstarter. Thank you for your interest!
Gearing up for interviews in NYC and for Senior Design Project 2015-2016. This year's work will be a joint effort between Stevens Institute of Technology and Dr. Leslie Brunell, myself, and Dr. Monica Palomo at California State Polytechnic University Pomona.
The Sustainable Development Goals will be adopted in New York, September 2015.
