There are patterns I see over and over again in our industry.
Not because stylists aren’t talented, but because no one teaches this part.

None of this is judgment, it’s awareness. And awareness is where growth starts ✨

What’s one shift you could make this year?

Every uncomfortable yes has shaped where I am now.

There have been so many moments where staying comfortable would’ve been easier: easier to wait, to delay...say "maybe next year".

But growth doesn’t respond to comfort, it responds to courage. Your future self is watching the decisions you’re making today, and she will thank you for not staying comfortable.

What decision are you avoiding?

There are a lot of early mornings like this. Coffee in hand, laptop open, notebook full of ideas and revisions. A lot of reworking, second-guessing and refining.

Not everything you build grows overnight, and honestly… I don’t want it to. The things that last are usually built slowly and intentionally with care.

Education Vacation has evolved every single year — and that evolution happens in moments like this, long before anyone sees the final result.

It's a lot of work that nobody sees, but it’s ALWAYS worth it.
