I am SO excited about the response for Education Vacation in Aruba… I’ve had so many messages saying “I’m in!” and “I’m coming!” and I truly love seeing the excitement build.

But I need to be really transparent for a minute…

👉 Saying you’re coming and actually being registered are two very different things.

Your spot is ONLY secured once you officially register—and once the resort reaches capacity, I cannot add more rooms or attendees.

I would hate for anyone to reach out later and hear “I’m sorry, it’s sold out.”

But here’s what I believe:
Environment changes how you absorb information.
Environment changes how you connect.

When you remove yourself from your routine, your distractions, your comfort zone…

One of the most intentional parts of Education Vacation is the format.

It’s not fly in, sit in a classroom all day, fly home exhausted. It’s space to arrive...space to learn...space to process...space to connect.

👇🏼Here’s what one of our first-time attendees shared:

"This was our first Education Vacation and we had so much fun! We loved the format of having a day before and after class to relax as opposed to a class with a travel day on either side. We enjoyed the variety of educators and were able to take a few things immediately to the salon, which is always great! Can't wait for next year!"

When education is immersive instead of rushed,

Every uncomfortable yes has shaped where I am now.
There have been so many moments where staying comfortable would’ve been easier: easier to wait, to delay...say "maybe next year".
But growth doesn’t respond to comfort, it responds to courage. Your future self is watching the decisions you’re making today, and she will thank you for not staying comfortable.

There are a lot of early mornings like this. Coffee in hand, laptop open, notebook full of ideas and revisions. A lot of reworking, second-guessing and refining.

Not everything you build grows overnight, and honestly… I don’t want it to. The things that last are usually built slowly and intentionally with care.

Education Vacation has evolved every single year — and that evolution happens in moments like this, long before anyone sees the final result.

It's a lot of work that nobody sees, but it’s ALWAYS worth it.
