Design Communication II Venice Canals Loft final project by Interior Design Foundation Level student Nazareth Riquelme ().

Continue to swipe right to check out this amazing project.

Really beautiful work, Nazareth! ✨✨✨

•••

For the Venice Canals Loft project, the aim was to meet the needs of the client by designing a warm modern-industrial home that has beautifully balanced structure with softness. This was done by carefully designing a ground level intended for gathering with friends and hosting parties, and a mezzanine level intended to exclusively serve as a personal retreat and sanctuary exclusively for the client’s use. Selecting materials, finishes, and lighting fixtures made the projects come to life, as did exploring the design concepts through concept boards, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, section elevations, axonometric views, and perspective sketches.
