My youngest son loves playing catch, the only problem is…

He’s AMAZING at throwing…But catching? We still working on that part 😂

So Refresh Sports sent us this Sticky Baseball Paddle Toss game to help him out, and as you can see, they had a good time with it at the park.

My lil fitness journey over the past 3 months

Honestly it was pretty simple:

• Full body workouts 3x a week with progressive overload
• Aim 10K steps a day
• Aim for 200g of protein every day
• Reta

Body fat dropped from 23% to 15% 📉
