Warriors, we are officially in week two on the ground in Dublin, delivering PCITI Level 2 in collaboration with our core partners at CBPS Collective.

Level 2 is not a refresher, it is a reframing. These practitioners came back to the room ready to go deeper into crisis intercession, multi-party mediation, and the leadership capacity this work demands.

Level 1 wraps this week, and the practitioners in this room came ready. Ready to learn, ready to be pushed, and ready to carry this methodology into the communities they serve.

Level 2 is next, and Dublin is carrying this work forward into what real community-based public safety looks like on their ground. The work continues. 🫡

🎤 TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY FROM OUR COMRADES IN MIAMI

This is what separates PCITI from anything else in the field. Practitioners are not sitting in a seat being talked at, they are immersed in the scenarios they will actually face on the ground, learning how to keep themselves safe, protect their communities, and hold the room when the room is on fire.

Real ones come through this training and walk out different, that is the standard warriors.
