Hi 👋 Here to remind you that's okay to unplug, recharge and enjoy this long weekend. You don't have to be productive.

Give yourself a break. Here are some suggestions:
☑️ Eat something yummy (Monica's favorite!)
☑️ Listen to good music or hit up a live show (Markeith's favorite!)
☑️ Sit on the couch and watch Netflix
☑️ Exercise or go for an outdoor walk
☑️ Lay in the grass and enjoy the sunshine
☑️ Take a long car ride with a friend
☑️ Go to that one place you've been meaning to check out

Here's the real challenge - DO NOT feel guilty about it. Yes, we said it. Don't feel guilty for taking care of you. Don't feel guilty for "getting nothing done," caring for yourself is necessary to refuel!
