What I’ve been eating 6 months postpartum ✨
I’ve been focusing on listening to my body, honouring my cravings, and taking the pressure off. At the same time, I try to build most of my meals around whole, nutrient dense foods because I know that’s when I feel my best, have the most energy, and can show up as the best version of myself.

Proof you don’t need high intensity workouts to retrain your postpartum core! What you do need is deep core engagement, low intensity movement, reconnecting your breath, and rebuilding your pelvic floor.
It doesn’t happen overnight, but with consistent practice, you can feel and see the results much sooner than you think. Start with just 5 minutes a day of connecting your breath with your core - those small, intentional movements are the ones that make the difference!
