Each day, more information hits the press regarding lifestyle changes that can delay or reduce the likelihood of developing dementia. In this study published in JAMA, cognitively challenging activities, like puzzles, games and adult education seem to cut dementia risk by 9 to 11%. This study questions the impact of socialization. The flurry of new information is useful and needed, but people's individual experience can vary.
