Featuring three thoughtfully designed units — an SB9 unit and JADU on the first floor, plus an attached ADU above — the project emphasizes spatial clarity, privacy, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Smooth stucco, warm vertical wood, and deep window recesses create a balanced composition, while private yards and a rooftop deck extend living into the landscape. A modern approach to urban infill, rooted in material honesty and thoughtful design.
