Let’s welcome our new Title 1 Coordinator/ TSP Advisor, Mrs. Nelcy Lopez! ✨

Hello Everyone! My name is Nelcy Lopez and I am thrilled to join the President Avenue Family as the new Title 1 Coordinator and TSP Advisor. As a National Board Certified Teacher with a MA in Curriculum Development from Cal State Dominguez Hills, I bring 23 years of experience in education. My passion for helping students succeed is stronger than ever. Most recently, I enjoyed working as a Multilingual Multicultural Accelerated Learning Instructional Coach where I focused on supporting multilingual students, teachers, and families. When I’m not on campus, you can find me enjoying family time or being the absolute loudest, proudest fan cheering on my daughter at her soccer games! I can’t wait to meet all of you and kick off an amazing, successful school year together!
