This isn’t just a singing retreat. 🎤

It’s 6 days to reconnect with your voice, your confidence, your creativity — and YOU.

You’ll spend the week singing, learning how to use your voice with more strength and freedom, exploring expression, getting out of your comfort zone, laughing, moving, creating and connecting with a beautiful group of women.

You’ll learn practical tools to help you:
✨ Sing with more confidence
✨ Strengthen and understand your voice
✨ Feel more comfortable being heard
✨ Let go of perfectionism and self-consciousness
✨ Express yourself more freely
✨ Discover what your voice is actually capable of
✨ And most importantly… HAVE FUN singing again

But the transformation goes way beyond singing.

You arrive maybe feeling shy, disconnected, stuck in your head or unsure of yourself…

And you leave feeling more confident, expressive, playful, connected and unapologetically YOU.

You don’t need to be an amazing singer.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to perform for anyone.

You just need to love singing and be ready to give yourself permission to PLAY.

What if you’re not actually a bad singer?

What if you’ve just never been taught?

Most women were never given a roadmap for developing their voice.

They were either told:

“You can sing.”

Or:

“You can’t.”

And that was basically it.

But your voice is an instrument.

Instruments are trained.

You can develop your pitch.

Your range.

Your breath.

Your power.

Your confidence.

So before you decide you “can’t sing”…

give yourself the chance to actually learn.

Do you ever feel like you’ve become everyone’s version of you… except your own?

09/03/2026

Maybe you sing in the car with the windows up. Maybe you know every word to every song but go quiet the second someone else is in the room. Maybe you used to sing more freely as a kid, and somewhere along the way you just… stopped believing you were “good enough.”

I want you to hear this from someone who’s coached voices for 20 years: loving to sing and feeling confident in your voice are two completely different things. And the gap between them isn’t talent. It’s technique nobody ever taught you.

You don’t need to be naturally gifted. You don’t need perfect pitch. You need the right foundation — breath, support, and a little bit of guidance — and that confidence you’re chasing starts to build almost on its own.

I’ve watched so many women walk into my studio convinced they “just can’t sing,” and walk out months later belting a song they never thought they’d attempt out loud.

If that’s you, gorgeous — this is your sign. Your voice isn’t the problem. You just haven’t been taught how to use it yet 💜

Yeah, I see you. Gasping mid-lyric, white-knuckling your way through the chorus, praying you make it to the end of the phrase before your voice gives out.

Or that high note you KNOW you can hit, except your body tenses up and it comes out thin, shaky, or just… doesn’t come out at all.

Babe, that’s not a talent problem. That’s a breath problem. And it’s so fixable it’s almost annoying nobody told you sooner.

Running out of air mid-line means you’re not managing your breath release properly — you’re either taking in the wrong amount or letting it all out too fast at the start of the phrase.

Straining on high notes means your air pressure and your body are fighting each other instead of working together.

Both come back to the same fix: proper breath control. Not more breath. Better breath.

I’ve coached voices for 20 years and this is still the exact thing that transforms a shaky, unsure singer into someone who can actually hold a note and mean it.

If this is you, you don’t need more practice on the notes. You need the breath foundation first 💜

Ready? Let’s go 👇

That tight, choked, “please just let this note come out” feeling? It’s not because you’re not good enough. It’s not because high notes just “aren’t your thing.”

It’s breath pressure, babe. Simple as that.

When you tense up going for a high note, your body panics and clamps down — throat gets tight, air gets stuck, and the note comes out strangled instead of strong.

The fix isn’t pushing harder. It’s actually the opposite — it’s learning to release the RIGHT amount of air, at the right pressure, so your voice can do its thing without a fight.

I’ve watched this exact shift happen with students over and over — one small change in how they breathe into a high note, and suddenly it’s not scary anymore. It just… comes out.

20 years of coaching and this is still the #1 thing that changes everything for singers.

So no, you’re not “just not a high note person.” You just haven’t been taught the breath part yet 💜

Meet me in my bio, let’s sort it out 👇

Because honestly?

There’s nothing more boring than trying to copy someone else’s voice.

Your singing voice has its own tone.

Its own character.

Its own emotion.

Your job isn’t to erase that.

It’s to develop it.

Inside Vocal Activate LIVE Studio, we work on the foundations that help you access more of YOUR voice — more strength, control, freedom, expression and confidence.

So you can stop obsessing over whether you sound “good enough”…

…and start actually enjoying what comes out of your mouth.

Because when you trust your voice?

You sing differently.

You perform differently.

You express yourself differently.

And suddenly singing becomes FUN again.

That’s what I want for you. ❤️🎤

The secret to a stronger singing voice starts BEFORE you sing a note 🤸✨

I know, I know — everyone wants to jump straight to the fun stuff. The runs, the belting, the high notes. But here’s the bit nobody talks about…

Your voice is only ever as strong as the breath underneath it.

Before you even open your mouth, your body needs to be doing three things — breathing low into the diaphragm, staying relaxed through the shoulders and neck, and building enough air pressure to actually support the note you’re about to sing.

Skip that part and you’re basically trying to build a house with no foundation. It might hold for a second, but it’s shaky, it cracks under pressure, and it definitely won’t last through a full song.

This is the exact thing I start with every single student, no matter their level. Not the notes. Not the runs. The breath.

20 years of coaching and it’s still the difference between a voice that strains and a voice that just… works 💜

Get this part right and everything else gets so much easier, I promise.
