Are you interested in learning how infant brain activity and movement patterns change as your baby learns to reach for objects? Our study at USC/Children's Hospital Los Angeles hopes to find out. This study is for infants with typical development (less than 6 months of age), who are not yet reaching and grasping objects.

If you are interested or know someone who is, please send us a message or email us at [email protected]

Infant Leg Activity Intensity Before and After Naps in: Journal for the Measurement of Physical Behaviour - Ahead of print 04/15/2020

A new paper out of our lab entitled "Infant Leg Activity Intensity Before and After Naps" was recently accepted and published to the Journal for the Measurement of Physical Behavior. Congratulations to all authors! Please take a read in the link below!

Infant Leg Activity Intensity Before and After Naps in: Journal for the Measurement of Physical Behaviour - Ahead of print Wearable sensors are being used to measure intensity of infant physical activity across full days. The variability of infant activity intensity within and across days is important to study given the potential impact of physical activity on developmental trajectories. Using retrospective data, we ana...
