🌪Sometimes life could be hard, but staying in the right mindset can save and drag you out of the deadlock.

✨My first meditation experience wasn't easy, and I didn't even know if I was doing it right. But the more experience I gained, I became a better meditator. As i started to meditate more, I found a couple tips and tricks that helped me meditate easier.

1. Find a quiet and distraction free area
2. Take note of physical sensations
3. Lead with your breath
4. Let distractions come and go
5. Close your eyes

The biggest difference between a GOOD organization and a GREAT one can be found in its leadership. After 7+ years as a leader, especially in the Navy where changes in leadership is consistent and expected, I’ve learned a few things. Watching how the behaviors of the same group of people shift according to the characteristics of who’s placed in charge of them helped me understand what people mean when they say, “You’re a Born Leader”.

📌 The Ability to PROBLEM-SOLVE. And to take it a step further Creative Problem-Solving Ability. Being able to see solutions to a problem that most wouldn’t think of is how you stay ahead of the game.

📌 The Ability to MOTIVATE. Learning how to draw the best out of people when they are with you is an art. With everything going on in their lives getting them excited and focused on the goal is a full-time job in itself.

Effective leaders are able to adapt to the changes - even if when that requires working out of your comfort zone - so leaders are not left behind by shifts in the industry and can give their business a competitive edge.
