Okay photographers - telling a story through color takes your wedding photography to the next level by enhancing the visual narrative of the day.

Recognizing the story that color brings to life through the details will help you create a cohesive and impactful collection of images. If a clear color story isn’t provided, don’t worry - look for consistent themes in the florals, outfits, and venue to guide your work!

What influences your work? Is there a message you aim to convey through the images you create?

When you have a strong sense of purpose and understand why you do what you do, it becomes easier to let go of the need for perfection. Taking the time to reflect on your influences and what truly inspires you allows you to develop a deeper foundation for your art.

Once you clarify your influences and vision, you’ll have a clear direction, making it easier to move intentionally toward your creative goals. Knowing what you’re aiming for is the first step in achieving it. 🤍
