Why?

Why did I create Laptop Lifestyle Bootcamp? Why did I start my business? And why am I so passionate about helping new entrepreneurs like yourself?

Because this business gave me LIFE! This business allowed me to not wait until I was 50 to retire and live, to break all norms of financial and way-of-life expectations for how you are "supposed" to do things. This business allowed me to become a better person than I ever would have been without it. This business allows me to feel empowered to create real change through both my influence and finances. It allowed me to see what I'm made of, and travel to corners of the world that most people only dream of.

I have worked my whole life to be perfect. I have worked my whole life to please people and to try to be the best at what everyone else thought I should be. And building my own business allowed me to step into my version of who I wanted to be and to define my own normal way of life. This business reaffirmed the huge risk I took just by dreaming of something more and making it a reality.

Ever since COVID I have forgotten the passion and excitement that I have for meeting people, for doing things I love, for being lost in a city, and making friends with someone who doesn't speak your language through smiles and hand motions. I have forgotten the spark that is my why - the way that I execute my freedom. But every time I look outside my window at the European church bell tower or get a message from one of my clients who quit their job, made their first $5k month, or just finally realized this was possible... you realize you are a part of something bigger. That through this business, it gives me LIFE and I also get to give that to new entrepreneurs - who are most vulnerable to not believing enough in themselves to make that push to do this for real!

Here’s the truth that most people don’t tell you. ⤵️

This whole “building your own online business” thing is hard as s**t! It is one of the most challenging things I have ever done in my life.

But it is also by far the most rewarding, amazing thing I have ever done for myself. I have a life that I swear only existed in dreams. I have infinite possibilities and autonomy in my life. And you can too.

So here’s what most new entrepreneurs need to know if you know you want this more than anything, if you are ready to go all in, and if you want the no BS truth about what it takes to succeed.

1) Google is amazing but you can’t expect to build a 6 figure business on Google & freebies. All the other successful people you see are there because they invested in top level knowledge, tools and guidance.

2) There is no secret - so stop searching for one. There are a lot of different paths to success. The “secret” is to learn, provide yourself with opportunities, and take action - always.

3) Learning a skill is very important - you obviously either need a service or product to offer. But you HAVE to learn how to run a business too. And that is a very different set of skills.

4) You cannot expect to keep doing what you are doing now and just throw your new business in the mix. Things are going to change. Your finances, realigned. Your time, realigned. Your priorities realigned. If you want building this business to actually happen, you are going to have to change your life too.

5) Almost always, you have to do the scary thing BEFORE you see results. You have to invest, you have to put yourself out there, you have to take that risk…. If you keep waiting for the results to happen first, you will never succeed. This might sound hard but it’s the no BS truth. And I share this because I want you to succeed and get out of this stage of feeling stuck, spinning your wheels, and still dreaming of the life you want.
