"saw this on my mom's wall behind a picture last Saturday, mold. Yes, you told me. 😊 cleaned off with clorox. My mom called the association of the complex on Monday. They came out the same day and opened the wall. Repaired the area. Added waterproof seleant to the exterior of the house."
