We’re officially ONE WEEK away from our 2026–27 school year lottery on Sunday, March 1 🙌🏽

If your family applied during the interest period, get ready — names will be drawn LIVE and streamed on YouTube at kippsocal.org/youtube 🎥✨

Here’s what you need to know:
📌 If applications exceed the number of available seats in any given grade, we’ll hold a public, random lottery to determine admission
📌 You don’t need a YouTube account to view the lottery
📌 It is not necessary to tune into the lottery to be accepted

Today at KCA we had the honor of welcoming the San Gabriel Band of Mission Indians to celebrate Indigenous Heritage Month with us. 🪶🐬✨
Our scholars explored four interactive learning stations filled with storytelling 📖, games 🎲, and arts & crafts 🎨 highlighting the ancestral roots of Mesoamerica, Africa/Ethiopia, Native American communities, and India. Such a beautiful way to learn, honor, and celebrate the cultures and traditions carried by our community. 🌎🤎
Huge thank you to our amazing parent volunteers 🙌🏽, the San Gabriel Band of Mission Indians , and our incredible Community Schools Manager, Assistant Leader of Operations, and teachers who made this meaningful day possible. ✨
