When I first read this book I was an adjunct, creative and hungry for change. I was thriving under the radar. Creating curriculum that enlivened my little classroom and only my group of students get to participate.

Yesterday I had the bout of imposter syndrome. I am given the wonderful opportunity to create a college program and curriculum from scratch, all 100% from my design. The old me said it couldn’t be done. This book reminded me how I was on the outside looking in once upon a time. Now, I’m in the forefront, creating, leading, and others will follow what I create. Thank you
