The Hybrid Performer

Spend the day with me; choreography, self tape auditions, studying, editing, etc. Here’s what helps me stay on track:

1️⃣ Put your day on a schedule. Block out certain hours delegated to specific tasks. Make sure those tasks & times line up to when you’re most productive doing those things.

2️⃣ Preparation is key. It helps you stay on task and manage the workload. When you’re I’ll-prepared things take longer to finish and it can derail your day/schedule.

3️⃣ Carve out time to completely eject and let your brain and body be still & silent. This helps recalibrate things.

4️⃣ Eat foods that fuel your energy and keep your mind sharp. Creatine has been super helpful for me lately with mental clarity.

5️⃣ Fill up your cup. My workouts are a non-negotiable for me. If I want to be at my best, I take care of what my mind and body need first.

6️⃣ Have fun and embrace it all. Everyday as creatives looks and feels different. Sometimes the busy days are overwhelming but what we used to for, so keep it going.

Through posts, reels, stories, highlights, your bio and additional links, YOU HAVE THE POWER to share your versatility and value in a way that’s memorable…in a way that gets you BOOKED or SIGNED! Use it as your free website, your visual resume, etc.

You don’t have to be established to have a polished page, you just need to know how and what to post.

We do POWER 30 at the start of every Intensive...it’s a chance for students to connect with our Faculty through a Group Warm-Up, Meditation/Visualizing Exercise and Goal Setting.
Setting up our dancers both physically and mentally for a power day is essential for their growth.
