We are unbiased; we don't work with the builder, and we want to help you, the home buyer. Who are we? What is this New Home Genius about? How can that be? How?
We are unbiased; we don't work with the builder, and we want to help you, the home buyer.
Now, don't get us wrong, we love builders; they do a lot of good for communities, believe it or not, they are the reason why homes aren't skyrocketing in price at a steeper rate. Supply and demand. The more supply, the less demand, and of course, less demand leads to lower prices. So, we want to support the
builders, but at the same time, we want to help you know what to look for, what questions to ask, and ultimately the importance of having a realtor represent you. We don't accept anything from the builders, no money, no gifts, not even pictures, and never will. New home/model pictures takes days/weeks to get those perfect photos you see in adverts for homes; it's selling you a dream that ultimately lassos you in. Looking at the pictures we take of each community, you'll see they're real. We want you to see the communities from an authentic perspective like you would with your own eyes. We share photos that are typically out of the frame from marketing materials that builders provide. Our website is and always will be 100% free for you to use. So what gave me the idea to start this website? As I said, we love the builders, but from my experience with selling new homes, I have seen too many impulsive shoppers make decisions that lead to buyers' remorse. Although many websites showcase home communities, we're the only website that's not paid by the builder to list their homes. Now that you understand what we're about, hopefully, you like our manifesto and want to be apart of the NEW HOME REVOLUTION. By spreading the word. If you happen to know someone else that is also looking for a home, help us keep the marketing expenditure down and spread the word. Tell ten friends, have them tell ten, and so on :)

Have you seen the New Homes at Eko Blok? https://www.newhomegenius.com/new-homes/san-diego/san-diego/eko-blok
Eko Blok is in a quiet location of Pacific Beach with mature homes and an apartment complex surrounding it. When touring Residence E, My first impression upon walking into the home was the kitchen, would have been nice to have it more substantial, especially since this is the kind of home you'll want to entertain in. What made up for it was the bedroom on the first floor, this will be great for the older generations and ultimately resale.
