ALL emotions emerge to support and HEAL us.

Of course, we can all go through times when we indulge and 'loop' in things, but one of the ways we create these loops or patterns is by REPRESSING certain emotions.

When we have a legitimate reason to feel sadness or anger - emotions that we cast as 'bad' - so we repress them - these emotions are going to repeat and get bigger and bigger until we recognize them and let them flow.

Emotions are equated with the element of water. What happens when water is stagnant? You get a swamp of mold and moss...

However, healthy, fresh, flowing spring water...MOVING water, is higher vibe.

Emotions are ENERGY in motion. Every time we sense an emotion is there, it's actually already on its way out - so we don't have to be afraid of it.

If we can simply become the "see-er" of the emotion, and be curious about it, and let it flow rather than repressing it (for example, approach the emotion from a perspective of gratitude) - then it will actually shift and change, and become "fresh flowing" - and this is how these emotions can serve us best. ❤️
