As a college-level educator since 1999, I have over two decades of instructional experience in the discipline of History and I MUST SHARE the knowledge/facts/wisdom I have accumulated since all my Life and studying abroad at the University of Ghana, Legon during my 3rd year at UC San Diego. Best decision I made in undergrad was to spend August 1993-March 1994 in Accra, Ghana. Priceless experience...Much of my academic orientation used to relate to African development as my research focus and domestic community development as an accompanying endeavor based in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles...CV will be posted in coming days...

Best news program I have viewed + Amy Goodman's long-time co-host Juan Gonzalez's book, "Harvest of Empire" which brings the history of Latin America in concise and on target language usage/characterization of American empire specifically in Latin America specifically has led to the present.

I feel fortunate that a good and fellow professor suggested that I use "Harvest of Empire" by Juan Gonzalez from Democracy Now...look him up. Righteous work over the decades.

So on-target for the present!!!

The course I am teaching via Los Angeles City College is "A History of Race and Racism in the United States"
ALSO having my students reading "A People's History of the United States" + "An Indigenous People's History of the United States"
