Please join us and Mountain View Academy this Sunday, March 29th at 10am for "Matt's Open Gym" memorial service as we honor and celebrate the life of Matthew Minder, former Miramonte Christian School student (class of 2008) and son of MCS teacher Valerie and Facilities Manager Rick who also coached MCS after school sports. Matthew continued to work during the summers at MCS after graduating, volunteering with his father in our sports program and was the nicest, most helpful and generous, thoughtful, and happy guy.

Please join Mountain View Academy on March 29, 2026 at 10am as we honor the life and legacy of Matthew Minder (August 7, 1994 - November 25, 2025) a beloved son, grandson, brother, Coach, alumni (Class of 2012), and dear friend who left a lasting impact on so many. All are welcome as we gather in faith, community, and remembrance at "Matt's Open Gym" memorial service.

ORDER OF EVENTS:
10 AM — Welcome & Service
Opening Prayer, Scripture Reading, Special Message, Sharing of Memories (Open Mic), Closing Prayer
11 AM — Potluck
Food & refreshments will be provided after the service.

During this time the gym will be open for those who would like to play in honor of Matthew.

February was a month of outreach for Miramonte. At the beginning of the month basketball teams participating in the basketball tournament packed 'blessing bags' for our local Community Services Agency. Today our younger students K-4 packed Valentine bags for local children for Stand4's outreach. We love getting our students involved in sharing God's love with our local community and thinking outside of ourselves.

Our school is excited to participate in the Heavenzy Christian Book Fair this February. Heavenzy offers safe, Christ-centered books and helps raise funds for our school.

🎒 Kindergarten Visitation Day at Miramonte!

Is your child entering kindergarten this fall? Join us on Friday, January 23 for a special morning designed just for prospective kindergarten families.

Students will enjoy classroom activities, crafts, games, and a kindergarten readiness experience, while parents tour our campus and meet our kindergarten teacher and school leaders.
