A Waldorf school in the Heart of Silicon Valley with a rich curriculum serving students from Preschool through 12th grade.

Waldorf education is often described as a modern renaissance education, resulting in students who are cultured and knowledgeable, educated, and proficient in a wide range of fields, and possess the confidence and skills necessary to thrive in college, the workplace and in life. Key areas of focus include the development of critical thinking, a highly developed ethical compass, and a lifelong love

Yesterday, the Class of 2026 made their Journey Through the Grades, visiting each classroom on our Los Altos campus as they prepare to graduate on Saturday.

Filled with warmth, laughter, and meaningful connections between our oldest and youngest students, it remains one of the most beloved traditions of the Waldorf journey. 🤍

More than a sporting event, the Fifth Grade Pentathlon is a cherished Waldorf tradition.

Hosted this year by Wildcat Canyon Community School, the Pentathlon brought together fifth graders from Waldorf schools across the Bay Area to celebrate grace, beauty, athleticism, and good sportsmanship.

Inspired by the ideals of ancient Greece, students participated in the long jump, chariot run, wrestling, discus, and javelin—not in pursuit of victory, but as an expression of skill, perseverance, balance, and purpose.

Congratulations to our fifth graders for representing WSP with strength, poise, and heart!

Grade 1 recent presented The Bremen Town Musicians, the story of four unlikely companions who discover the power of friendship, courage, and working together. 🤍

At Waldorf schools, class plays are woven into the curriculum, helping children build confidence, collaboration, creativity, and memory through movement, music, language, and shared storytelling.

Yesterday, our second graders presented The Story of Saint Odilia, bringing courage, compassion, and a little theatrical magic to life through song, movement, and storytelling.

These class plays are such a special part of the Waldorf journey: a chance for students to grow in confidence, work together creatively, and step fully into the story they’re telling.

Bravo to our second graders for a heartfelt and memorable performance. 🤍✨

FĂŞte on the Farm was a beautiful celebration of community, connection, and wholehearted support for WSP teachers and students.

Set against the peaceful backdrop of Cooper-Garrod Vineyards in the Saratoga foothills, the evening was filled with music, conversation, laughter, dancing, and so many meaningful moments together. And thanks to this extraordinary community, we exceeded our $160,000 fundraising goal, raising more than $190,000 in support of faculty excellence and the daily life of the school.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the night such a memorable success for WSP. We’re still taking it all in… and already dreaming about next year’s Spring Benefit. ❤️

Every spring, our community asks the same eager question about the graduating class: Where are they headed next?!

This year, we’re answering that question a little differently.

In the latest edition of The Messenger (link in bio), we’re celebrating the WSP Class of 2026 through their reflections, artistic work, performances, and the experiences that shaped their journey here. From an original Eurythmy performance presented to an international audience in Dornach to the upcoming Senior Play and heartfelt words from the students themselves, this issue is a tribute to all this class has brought to our community.

We’re so proud of these seniors, and excited for all that lies ahead! 🎓

Teacher Appreciation Week is in full bloom at WSP 🌸

This week, members of our parent community gathered to create beautiful floral arrangements for teachers across both campuses; a simple but meaningful gesture of gratitude for the educators who bring so much care, creativity, and dedication to our students each day.

(And while not everyone who participated is pictured here, many more hands helped make it all possible!)
