Meet our go-to team member for anything you need outside. Casey McConnell loves exploring nature and the outdoors. A rising Senior at Los Altos High, Casey has worked for Los Altos Hardware and has a passion for construction and engineering. He has a great work ethic and is knowledgeable on how to use tools. In addition to his outside expertise, Casey is CPR and First Aid certified by the Red Cross and earned a Citizen Life Saving award from the Santa Clara Fire Department. Casey’s truck can also help you transport anything from landscaping materials to bed frames!

Here’s another core member, Ty, enjoying a Coke after finishing one of our tough landscaping jobs. Tyler ‘Ty’ Goloubef is a rising senior at Los Altos High. Ty has been playing soccer competitively for 10 years and is currently nationally ranked. He is available for soccer lessons or any hard labor job we have including moving furniture and landscaping!

Another huge landscape job done and another happy customer! Big thanks to Casey, Ty and Jake for a full day of work! Another shout out to our new member, Casey, for his gardening tools and work truck that help us to haul mulch or tow heavy items! Thank you to all those who kept us busy this past week! Special shout out to Montana and Tyler Goloubef and Jake Klepper for their amazing transformation of this front yard! Over 6 hours, Project Jobs was able to clear 430 square feet of ivy, transport it to the dump, and cover the ground with mulch. Another day another team member! Chelsea Nivison was born and raised in Los Altos. She graduated from Los Altos High, and is currently a Junior studying Communications and Psychology at UCLA. She tutored and babysat kids all four years of high school, and is currently a camp counselor for UCLA's chapter of Camp Kesem. Chelsea has an experienced background with leadership positions and is a perfect fit for your babysitter needs!

Welcome our newest team member Kate! Kate Ramirez was born and raised in the Bay Area. She is a graduate of Los Altos High School and is currently an undergrad at the University of Oregon. Kate is studying Public Relations and Business Administration. She was a resident assistant (RA) this past school year and had been responsible for over 50 students in the dorms each day. Kate loves animals and has been an avid pet sitter and dog walker. She also has experience house sitting and watching kids so that parents are free to go out and have date night!

Meet a Co-Founder! Montana Goloubef has been a resident of Los Altos for over ten years. He’s a Canadian born, California raised lifeguard who is currently in Faculty of Resource and Environmental Management at Simon Fraser University where he presently serves as Philanthropy chair for his fraternity, Phi Kappa Pi – Omega Epsilon Chapter. Montana has four years of experience as a lifeguard for the University Club of Palo Alto, has coached water polo for a season at NorCal Aquatics and is one of two head coaches for the Simon Fraser water polo club team. His expertise in and around water has landed him several private jobs in the Bay Area for lifeguarding.
