Gracie Barra Los Alamos (THE LAB Los Alamos Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) has provided quality martial arts training in the Los Alamos area for over 8 years and we continue to grow. We provide Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for children 4-12 years old, a great teens program and an ever growing Adult program as well as cardio kickboxing classes. Self defense and anti-bullying is a key to our success with our children

's courses and we have made a point of offering women's self defense courses, high school/middle school martial arts introductions/self defense classes.
