Sometimes, one small decision can open the door to an entirely new future. In our latest Pathways client story, one young woman shares how stepping outside her comfort zone and applying to the Ronald E. McNair Program helped her discover a passion for research, build confidence, and envision a future in graduate school. 🎓💫

Her story is a beautiful reminder that believing in your potential can lead to powerful possibilities.

Read “A Small But Powerful Choice” and be inspired by her journey. 💙
