Kids classes for September are now open for registration!! We have after school classes at both our Los Alamitos and Long Beach locations- even a couple of morning classes for our homeschoolers. Sign up now - classes fill up now and stay full all year as most students stay on and keep sewing with us each month!

Come meet and mingle with your fellow garment sewists!
Anyone who likes to sew is welcome to join us, no matter where you live.
We are meeting at Sewing Lab in Long Beach to sew in community with each other.
Bring a WIP or a project you want to start and sew with us for an afternoon. In the future we would like to have days where we meet and have fitting workshops, project help, and fun outings.
There are machines available for you if you want to borrow, or you can BYO sewing machine!

Our very popular Adult Beginner Classes for July are open for registration! We have a bit of a smaller class schedule for July but still a few spots available. We will be teaching Friday night 6-8pm in Los Alamitos (might already be sold out 😬) and at our Long Beach Tuesday night 6-8pm and Saturday 10am-12pm. All our classes are taught by professionals so you will get expert guidance in a fun and super relaxed environment. All fabrics and supplies are included in the price. We have Janome sewing machines available for everyone to use - these are the best sewing machines to learn on and to sew on for forever! If you have your own machine you can bring it to class 2 but for the first class we all learn on our machines so we can get through the beginning steps together.
