It's featuring our newest voice teacher, Ian Pathak!

A native of the Washington D.C. area, Indian-American Countertenor, Ian Pathak, is a versatile performer in operatic, concert, and musical theatre repertoire. He is passionate about bringing classic and new stories to audiences across the nation. In Summer 2026, Mr. Pathak joined the Des Moines Metro Opera as a Frank R. Brownell III Apprentice Artist. There he will perform
in Puccini’s Tosca, Szymanowski’s King Roger, and in multiple scene performances.
