Grateful for the opportunity to serve the Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Office in Marlinton, West Virginia.

Strategic Training Academy recently completed a Courthouse Security Officer training engagement, developing and delivering a 16-hour (01C) Courthouse Security Officer curriculum tailored to West Virginia law, courthouse security responsibilities, and the unique operational realities of small-county public safety.

The officers showed up, engaged seriously, asked thoughtful questions, and carried themselves with the professionalism that reflects strong leadership from the top down. It was a privilege to work with them.
