Playcard Environmental Education Center is open to school groups and community groups throughout the region as is our mission of service at SwampFest and during monthly open house events during the year. HCS, the HCCF, CCU, HGTC, Clemson Extension, Scouts, volunteers, friends, community members, etc. All are welcome here to share this wonderful place with each other at our largest community event, SwampFest. What an excellent resource for fellowship and for conservation education to leave the earth better than we find it. Where nature teaches. “Forever Wild!” Come join us for SwampFest celebrating our 40th anniversary this coming November 7 from 10am -3pm. FREE admission, public invited.
If you would like to be a part of our mission and/or community of Playcard volunteers please feel free to be a part of our volunteer friends group to help. No cost, just friendship and kindness, that’s all that is needed. There is nothing more educational, more fulfilling, more needed, or more important than service.
