Loris Elementary School would love to give a huge shout out to Horry Telephone for helping sponsoring our 5th grade school dance, " Boots and Bling" with great food and snacks! The students had a wonderful time! Thank you HTC for thinking of our students!

Mrs. Tyler would like to give a HUGE shout out to Loris Elementary PTO!! Thank you for the beautiful flowers and partnering with us to make our school so special!! We truly have an amazing PTO!!

Congratulations to the top-selling students in our recent cookie dough fundraiser! Amari Varner (1st place) won a Nintendo Switch, and Kensley Cox (2nd place) won a $100 Visa gift card!

🦁📚💙Summer Reading Begins May 26th💙📚🦁
All LES Students who would like to participate are able to fill out the PURPLE Summer Reading Log (copy attached in post) that was sent home and return it by September 2nd (When they have returned to school for the 2026-2027 School Year) or
they are able to submit their COMPLETED books in the BeanStack app.
All students who reach READ CAMP Champion Status will participate in a Popcorn and Games Party in the LES School Library in the fall!!

Today, Mrs. Tyler led a “Meet & Greet” honoring Loris Elementary School’s current Assistant Principal, Mr. Kratzer.

Mr. Kratzer will step into the Principal role upon Mrs. Tyler’s retirement, at the end of this school year.

Congratulations, Mr. Kratzer! The Loris Elementary School Community looks forward to your leadership and guidance in continuing to make LES the BEST!!
