This past Saturday, October 11th, our very own Leopard Marching Band had some outstanding performances at the annual Bandtoberfest Marching Invitational in Giddings, TX. The Leopard Band had a stellar performance in the preliminary round and was awarded the distinction of "Class AAA Champion" as well as an invitation to the finals round later that evening. In the finals round the Leopard band finished fifth overall and secured an impressive second place in both the music and marching categories. The judging panel provided glowing feedback during a brief clinic, praising the students for their palpable excitement and noting that they are doing extremely good things on the field. The band staff is incredibly proud of the students' hard work and looks forward to bringing this momentum to the UIL Regional Contest this coming Wednesday.
