✨ Midweek Check-In: Makeup Week! ✨

Our apprentices have been putting in the work during Makeup Week! 🔧💡

This week, they installed lights in the conex and are tackling a much-needed reorganization of the shop. After some remodeling at the end of last year, there’s plenty to put back together and make more functional.

It’s great to see our apprentices taking ownership, working together, and helping create a more organized and efficient shop! 👏

Make-Up Week Reminder! 🔨

Reminder: class starts at 7:00 AM, and any apprentice, no matter their level, can attend Make-Up Week!

💡 Tip: If you know it’s Make-Up Week, keep an eye on the weather. If your regular work gets rained out, come in and make up your hours instead. It’s a great opportunity to get your hours in and get ahead!

Make-Up Week

We are starting this Monday off with Make-Up Week, which will run all week.

Some apprentices may be confused about what Make-Up Week is, so here’s a quick explanation:

What is Make-Up Week?
Make-Up Week is for apprentices who missed their assigned class due to miscellaneous reasons and need an opportunity to make up that class.

Who can attend?
All apprentices are welcome to attend Make-Up Week, regardless of their apprenticeship level.

What is done during Make-Up Week?
During this week, apprentices may work on:

Miscellaneous projects that instructors have identified throughout the year that need to be completed.
Projects or assignments left unfinished from previous classes.
Other work the instructor determines would be beneficial for the apprentice to complete.

Make-Up Week is a great opportunity to catch up, complete unfinished work, and stay on track with your apprenticeship.
