Our 7th grade ELA students spent their first two days of school brainstorming what it looks like to demonstrate PRIDE at LPA throughout the school year!

Students worked together to turn these words into real actions they can practice in the classroom, hallways, and throughout our school community.

⚾❤️💙 TEAMWORK, PRIDE & A SPECIAL GUARDIANS SHOUT-OUT! 💙❤️⚾

Mrs. Richardson’s 5th grade homeroom received a very special surprise from the Cleveland Guardians! The Guardians generously sent items for our students while helping us reinforce an important lesson we focus on every day—TEAMWORK and showing PRIDE! 🤝⭐

Just like a successful baseball team, a successful classroom depends on everyone working together, encouraging one another, showing respect, doing their part, and showing PRIDE every single day! Whether we are on the field, in the classroom, or out in our community, our choices and actions matter. ⚾📚

A HUGE shout-out and thank you to the Cleveland Guardians for supporting our students and helping us bring a little major-league inspiration into the classroom! We are so grateful for your generosity and for helping us remind our students to work as a team, aim high, and show their PRIDE each and every day!❤️💙
