Using what we know to create higher and higher levels of connection and influence. Let's use our colors intentionally. Today- Listen into a relationship that needs you, is calling your forth in some way-and bring yourself to it in full resonance. Does it need support ? Wear your support color. Does it need a down load of information- A shake up? Wear one of your power colors. Does it need balance? Eye color. Does it need softness, receptivity/intimacy? Your skin tone. The more we use our color palette to help you channel right action in relationship, the more we are powerfully creating our own lives.

There is something incredibly satisfying, acknowledging and deep about having one's own personal colors done. For me, it has been an ongoing conversation with my essence- how to relate to different aspects of my Self. I get to explore the different facets of my personality by exploring them on the outside- through wearing colors that bring these aspects forth: Power, Romance, Intimacy, Support. If you have had your colors done, how has it changed your life? Care to share?

Essence: 1. The intrinsic or indispensable properties that serve to characterize or identify something. 2. Something that exists, especially a spiritual or incorporeal entity.

Your seasonal essence is a unique vocabulary that offers transformational insights about your true identity, and how you connect to others in the larger scheme of life. It has a remarkable way of capturing your individuality, and identifying your place in the vast backdrop of the cycle of life itself.

The eloquence of Mother Nature, and the dramatic flow of the four seasons not only exist around us, but lives inside of us as well.

We know from experience that things are born; they sustain, harvest and end, as our own lives reflect this cycle. We initiate projects and relationships (Spring), hold their course (Summer), find completion (Autumn), and reflect (Winter). We, in turn embody the four seasons.

Think of Spring: her basic way of being is sunlit, lively and buoyant. Or Summer: more languid and gracious; gentle twilight. Then, there’s Autumn: robust and zesty, a time of harvest and abundance; warm firelight. And Winter: intense contrasts; quiet; cool moonlight.

Our personalities (how we behave, our choices, attitudes and moods) mirror one season more than another. You’ll find, as you begin to look at yourself, that one season reflects your rhythm, style and energy more than the others. Intrigued? That's a good sign!
