Completing the Tevis Cup, a 100-mile, one-day endurance horse ride through the Sierra Nevada, is quite an accomplishment.

But what about finishing in the top 10?

And what about winning the coveted Haggin Cup, awarded to the horse among the top 10 finishers judged to be in the best condition?

And what about becoming the youngest rider ever to win it?

You've got to meet Del Oro 11th grader Tierney Beloberk!

Tierney accomplished all of that this summer, and we're pretty proud to have her as a Golden Eagle. What an incredible example of endurance, commitment, and STRIVE!
