Sending a child off to college is no easy feat—especially for a parent’s heart. This season marks a significant transition, not only in a student’s life, but for parents as well.

As you are preparing to move your student in tomorrow, current parent and assistant director of alumni relations Christina Fox '96 shares some advice on the Blue Tribune. Read more at www.covenant.edu/blog/intro-covenant/advice-for-parents-on-move-in-day

Check out the latest episode of Leaders in the Arena, featuring a recent graduate and a current student!

Join Leaders in the Arena for a conversation with Covenant College graduate Payton Prys and current student Jonathan Marshall. Together, we’ll explore how some of the core characteristics of servant leadership shape the next generation of leaders to act with character, make bold decisions, and manage responsibility well.

Rather than viewing leadership as a one-size-fits-all formula, Payton and Jonathan will share personal stories of the influential mentors who poured into them, demonstrating how different people can uniquely encompass these traits. You’ll hear how a young leader can balance deep curiosity with making a tangible impact, choosing collaboration over dominance.

Each May, Covenant students from a variety of majors travel abroad for experiential learning trips. Our second highlight is Intro to French Cinema, led by Dr. Bryant White to France.

While in France, students travelled to Antibes, Nice, Cannes, and Paris. Through film screenings, class discussions, museum visits, and cultural immersion, they studied French cinema in its cultural context.

Read more about the Intro to French Cinema trip on the Blue Tribune at covenant.edu/blog/academic-excellence/may-term-introduction-to-french-cinema.html
