Important Immunization Reminder!

Arkansas state law requires students in Kindergarten through 12 grade to meet state immunization requirements, be in process of receiving required vaccines, or have an approved exemption on file.

The last day to provide this documentation is Friday, September 11th.

Please provide one of the following:
*Current Immunization Record
*Documentation of an upcoming/In-Process Vaccination Appointment
*Approved Exemption Documentation

Beginning Monday, September 14th, students who are NOT up to date on their immunizations, DO NOT have an upcoming appointment on file, or DO NOT have any exemption documentation on file will be EXCLUDED FROM SCHOOL and will NOT be allowed to return until this documentation has been received.

If you need to schedule an immunization appointment, please contact your child's P*P, local health department, or the Baptist Health Family Clinic in Lonoke.

Friday was Jersey Day for LPS and LES! Our School Board members and Central Office Administration team handed out jerseys on Friday before the District Wide Pep Rally. It was such a special day for everyone. Thank you to Tricia's Stitches for helping us make this such a special day for our youngest Jackrabbits. The smiles say it all.

Time is running out to apply for Summer EBT 2026! The deadline is August 31. While some families receive Summer EBT automatically, if your child attends a school where all students receive free lunches, you may need to fill out an application so DHS can determine your eligibility based on income and household size.
