We’re getting everything ready for tomorrow’s Drive-In Movie Night featuring Cars and it is already looking SO cute! ❤️⚡️🏁

Helping children identify and regulate emotions is an important part of early learning !

At Discovery Island Learning Academy, we use tools like our “Zones of Regulation” chart along with Harmony the Dolphin to teach children that all feelings are okay and to help them learn healthy ways to express and manage those emotions. From deep breaths to asking for help, emotional regulation starts early and grows through patience, guidance, and practice. 🌈✨
