Just a friendly reminder that Discovery Island Learning Academy will be closed tomorrow as our team prepares for an exciting new school year beginning Monday! 🍎✏️

As a private early learning school, this preparation day is an important part of creating a successful learning environment for every child. Our teachers will be:
• Transitioning classrooms from our summer activities to our school-year learning materials.
• Preparing each child’s individual learning folders and portfolios.
• Organizing assessment tools that allow us to monitor every child’s growth throughout the year from where they begin to all they accomplish by year’s end.
• Setting up engaging learning centers designed to build confidence, curiosity, and kindergarten readiness.

Every classroom, lesson, and activity is thoughtfully planned with your child’s development in mind because learning starts long before kindergarten.

Although we will be closed to students tomorrow, we will still be available for scheduled tours. If you’re looking for a nurturing, educational environment for your child, we’d love to show you around and share what makes Discovery Island Learning Academy special.
