Ok... Just thought i'd share with you something I have found that has literally blown me away.
This year I've dedicated myself to changing my relationship with alcohol.
I typically would engage in a few drinks on the weekends but that hasn't been serving me well with my healthy lifestyle.
I happened upon this program that is as simple as 15 min a day. I originally started out with cutting my drinks in half but I've actually moved towards totally removing it from my diet.
The information and programs are mostly about understanding the "why" for everything we do. Not just drinking.
I'm now 3 months alcohol free and I feel it will stick this time because I'm learning my " why".
I tell my husband all the time this program blows me away....
